this is where i will write! it sounds like fun. a lot of my stuff is inspired by works of fiction but end up being sorta their own thing. you know how it is. So. Thought I'd define what the fuck is going on here.

what the fuck is a mythos

a mythos is essentially something inspired by a work of fiction to the point where you can tell it is associated with the fiction, but by golly it aint the same thing. Generally with a lot of lore modifications and ocs. The best way I personally would define it is something that would be recognized by a fan of a given fiction, but has been warped so agressively and uniquely that you'd feel it misleading to read it on Ao3.

okay, so isn't that basically an AU?

I mean, technically? but theres so much oc bullshit i wouldnt feel comfy just calling it an AU, yanno? feels like I am selling something that it isnt. just vibes, man.

What is a lil bite?

A lil bite is something I wrote that I think sounds cool as fuck but is basically just a page or two. It is something I might turn into a full original work, but probably not. A lot of them read as fever dreams, with a lot of made up words for things. mostly because I generally write them at like, 2am.
